These are GENERIC risk assessments. Local Managers are to ensure the content is suitable for the actual task taking into account local conditions.

General Risk Assessments
- Local Managers must ensure that ALL employees are provided with up to date copies of risk assessments. Where necessary, generic method statements must be reviewed by the local manager to ensure they are fit for purpose and that ALL hazards have been identified for specific on site conditions. THESE MUST BE COMMUNICATED TO EMPLOYEES.

Blank Risk Assessment
- To be used by local, responsible managers for tasks that require a specific risk assessment.

Plant Fitters Pre Works Risk Assessment
- This is to be completed BEFORE works commence on site for clients and where plant/machinery repairs or servicing are to be undertaken. Completed copy to be retained with work sheet.

Fatigue Risk Assessment Master
- To be used by managers to determine fatigue risk of workers who are likely to work more than 71 hours in any working week. Results to be forwarded to HSEQ Manager.
